Upgrading and Downgrading your Account
You can upgrade and downgrade your account anytime in the Settings > Billing section:
Our Premium plan is usage-based; you can choose between 2500 to 30,000 messages per month. (If you need 40,000+ messages per month, just contact us.)
If you downgrade your plan, it will take effect on your next renewal and your usage reset date will stay the same.
If you upgrade your plan, it will take effect immediately. Your current plan will be terminated and credit will be issued, then your new plan will be billed net of that credit. This will become your new usage reset day.
