What phone number will be used?

Text messages will come from our own short code (48724). Because of anti-spam laws and other regulations, all text messages must originate from a number that can also receive text messages in return. Since your restaurant's landline telephone can't receive a text, pages can't come from your number. When you send a text message page, it comes from a TablesReady phone number. Since we use a short code to send SMS messages, customers cannot call back the phone number we use to text them.

When you send a voice call notification, your restaurant's or business's phone number will show up on the recipient's Caller ID if you have verified your phone number (in Settings > Verify Phone). It will look just the same as if you picked up your phone and called them by hand.
