The Next-in-Line Notification Isn't Working

The "next in line" message will only trigger when someone's been on the waitlist for at least 3minutes, so this often doesn't "work" in testing. 

It would be a strange customer experience to get added to the list, get a confirmation text, then immediately get a next-in-line text. The host should just tell them it's almost their turn. So, add a few people to your list, then add yourself, wait a few minutes, and then try it.
