Can All Customer Phone Numbers Be Exported?
You can export almost everything about a customer's visit except for the full text of the notifications sent back and forth and the full customer phone number in Settings > Export Data
We don't allow the full phone number to be exported because people are not opting in to receive any further phone-based communication and there are pretty severe penalties for sending people messages they didn't sign up for. Once a phone number leaves our system, we can't ensure that the number will be used appropriately, and we currently don't have a way to track marketing SMS opt-ins.
We can, however, work directly with you on a case-by-case basis if phone numbers for a particular time window are needed for COVID contact tracing. Just contact us for assistance.
You can also get an individual customer's phone number by looking them up in the Customers tab.
