How To Manage Separate Lists for Indoor and Outdoor Seating

Go to the Settings > Waitlist Options section and add a dropdown menu to your notes field with options for Inside and Outside. You can also make the Notes field its own column so you can easily view your guests' table preference on your Waitlist:

On your Waitlist page, you can sort by the Notes column:

If you want guests to be able to choose the table preference when adding themselves to your waitlist, you can go to the Settings > Public Pages section, edit your field labels, and add the dropdown list of preferences:
