How To: Cancel, Pause, or Resume Subscription
We offer self-service subscription management directly in the Settings > Location management > Plan section of your account.
Cancel Subscription
You can Pause or Cancel your subscription in the Settings > Location management > Plan section:
Your subscription will be good until the end of your current billing period but won't renew. If you want to terminate your subscription immediately, reach out to our Customer Success team.
Pause Subscription
You can Pause and Unpause your subscription in the Settings > Location management > Plan section of your account.
Click the Pause button, then select the number of months you want to pause your subscription, then click Confirm. Once confirmed, your subscription will be paused starting on your next billing date.
To Unpause your subscription, click the Cancel link outlined below:
You can resubscribe in the Settings > Location management > Plan section of your account. Select the plan you'd like to subscribe to from the dropdown menu, then click Upgrade:
