We take the privacy and security of phone numbers very seriously.

Numbers stored in TablesReady are used only to notify guests about their wait or reservation. They are not contacted again for any other purpose, and we do not sell or share this data with third parties. We also don't allow full phone numbers to be exported from the system, since guests aren't opting in to receive further phone-based communication.

You can also use our data retention settings to delete your customer data N days/months after it is created or since the last login to your account.
