Alerts and Notifications of New Messages and Parties

You can now receive notifications of new inbound SMS, new reservations, and new walk-ins via email, audio alerts, and browser and app push notifications.

Head to Settings > Profile > Alerts to configure your preferences.

These settings are configured per user, so different users can receive different email notifications.

For browser and mobile push notifications, you will need to allow TablesReady to send these notifications.

You can configure different notifications for different events, including new inbound SMS, new public check-ins, and new online reservations.
