Cancel or Pause Your Subscription

If you'd like to cancel your account subscription, just go to Settings > Billing and modify your subscription. Select "Cancel" from the drop-down.

Your subscription will be good until the end of your current billing period but won't renew. If you want to terminate your subscription immediately,  reach out to our Customer Success team.

You can also Pause your subscription if you plan to be back in the future. To do so, select "Pause" from the drop-down and type in how many months you want to pause your subscription. Your subscription will stay active until the end of your current billing cycle.
