Using TablesReady for Contact Tracing

If your state requires you to collect addresses contact tracing, TablesReady can help. 

Go to Settings > Public Pages. Under the Field Labels section, change "Special requests/notes" to "Address": 

TablesReady won't  force customers to add their address, but you could add some verbiage in the Custom Text section (also in Settings > Public Pages) saying that they'll be removed from the waitlist if their address isn't added, like so:

Note: you will need to manually remove guests who do not add their address. 

If you need to export a list of customer addresses, you can do so in Settings > Export Data. Telephone numbers will not be included, but you can find individual customers' phone numbers in the Guests section of your account.
