If you get this error when sending an SMS in the chat window, it's because you've sent an excessive number of these texts in the last hour.

You are allowed 60 "chat" SMS messages per 60 minutes.

We have rate limiting implemented for these free-form SMS messages to reduce the likelihood of abuse. We encourage you to use your pre-set notifications for messages you need to send frequently or to large numbers of waiting parties.
