Data Retention Settings
You can control how long customer data is stored in TablesReady using our Data Retention Settings.
Head to Settings > Organization and you'll find this:

You can set the timeframe for storing data in days or months, and you can base it on the date of your account's last login or the date the data was created.
For example, if you want to ensure all your data is removed from TablesReady if no one from your organization logs in for 3 months, you would set Timeframe to "3 months" and "Since Last Login."
The default is 18 months from your last login.
If you want to make sure data is deleted a day or two after it's created, set it to 1 or 2 days from "Data Created."
